Processing Time
All sticker orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Domestic Shipping (United Kingdom)
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days
- Free Standard Shipping: Available on qualifying orders
International Shipping
- Standard International: 7-21 business days
- Express International: 3-7 business days
Note: International delivery times may vary due to customs processing. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed by their country.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package using this number on the carrier's website or through your Shop account.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to:
- UK
- Europe and EU
- Unfortunately, we cannot ship to U.S. locations at present
Damaged or Lost Packages
Damaged Items
If your stickers arrive damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged items and packaging. We'll send a replacement at no charge.
Lost Packages
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it:
- Check with neighbors and around your property
- Contact your local post office
- If still not found, contact us within 14 days of the delivery date
We'll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and will replace your order if the package cannot be located.
Address Changes
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Address changes can only be made within 1 hour of order placement. Contact us immediately if you need to update your address.
Weather Delays
Severe weather conditions may cause shipping delays beyond our control. We'll notify customers of any significant delays and work with carriers to expedite delivery once conditions improve.
Custom/Personalized Orders
Custom sticker orders may require additional processing time (3-5 business days). The estimated delivery date will be clearly displayed during checkout for personalized items.
